The cozy sofa set invites you to enjoy relaxing moments together. A Blu-ray/DVD player offers you the chance to unwind. The inviting dining area leads into the open kitchen. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

On the large, partially covered balcony facing southwest, you can enjoy wonderful moments by the Baltic Sea with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. An awning provides shade.

From the hallway, you’ll find the two bedrooms. Both are furnished with a double bed and a closet, and one of them also features a flat-screen TV.

This apartment features a stylish shower room as well as a second modern bathroom with a tub, each equipped with a toilet and a towel dryer.

A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the storage room.

During the summer months, you can look forward to a complimentary beach chair at Timmendorfer Strand.
