This modern 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, freshly renovated in November 2023, is located on the first floor of the building, has 55 m² of living space, and can accommodate up to 2 people.

The living area features a cozy couch and a flat-screen TV.
The new built-in kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher.
You can gather around the dining table, which is perfectly positioned in front of the large window.

From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished west-facing balcony, where you can relax after a long day at the beach.
The bedroom features a double bed (160x200cm) and plenty of closet space. Blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep.
A crib can also be provided.
You can also access the shower room from the hallway.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the building’s basement and are available for your use for a fee.
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. (No refunds or replacements will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages.)

A parking space is reserved for you at the house.
This is a non-smoking apartment.

The fine sandy beach is just 250 meters away. The nearest bakery is a 5-minute walk away. Additional shopping options and the town center are about a 10–15-minute walk away. Timmendorfer Strand invites you to enjoy exclusive shopping or to linger in its many lovely cafés and restaurants.

A trip to the old Hanseatic city of Lübeck is worthwhile any time of year. The Old Town is shaped by its 12th-century street layout, and with a total of 210 bridges, Lübeck is often referred to as “Little Venice.” A stroll through the narrow alleys and passageways is truly picturesque.
