With a spacious area of 70 m², the ground-floor apartment features 2 comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people.

The spacious living area is furnished with a cozy sofa. A flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a hi-fi system provide entertainment.
And the dining area seats up to 4 people.
In the living/dining area, you can darken the windows with electric blinds.
From the living area, you can step out onto the cozy terrace with garden furniture, which leads to the small garden. The spacious garden invites you to relax and is a great place for children to play. Unfortunately, barbecuing is not permitted.

From the living room, you can access the large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, 2 single mattresses).
The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m). Both bedrooms offer storage space for your clothes and can be darkened with external roller shades.

The modern and well-equipped kitchen has everything you need. Here you’ll find a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment featuring 3 drawers. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or a festive dinner—you can prepare anything to your liking.

The apartment also features a modern shower room with a rain shower, towel warmer, hair dryer, sink, mirror, and other amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

In the closet in the hallway, you’ll also find 1 iron, 1 ironing board, and 1 clothes rack.
You can lock your bicycles at the covered outdoor bike rack.

A parking space for your vehicle is available right next to the house.
