A light-filled, bright, and spacious 85-square-meter 3-room duplex apartment in Timmendorfer Strand awaits you; it is equipped to accommodate 2 people.

The inviting living area features a cozy sofa set, a flat-screen TV, a recliner, and a dining table.
The built-in, elegant kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with built-in freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.

The south-facing furnished balcony, which is screened off from the neighboring balcony, is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or simply relax.

The separate lower bedroom features a comfortable double box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe, and is accessible from the living room. The upper bedroom is also equipped with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and offers plenty of storage space for your vacation clothes. The upper bedroom features blackout pleated blinds and fly screens and includes a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment.

The shower room is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.

A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the shared basement.
