The Beachhouse is located right next to the Dünenblick beach villa, just a few steps from the beach promenade—the ideal place for a relaxing stay. On the first floor of the house, you’ll find the entrance to the spacious “Sunrise” apartment, which, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is perfect for families or small groups. The modern, spacious interior ensures comfort and invites you to relax.

On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with two comfortable sofas, an open kitchen, and an inviting dining area that offers plenty of space for social gatherings. A highlight is the adjoining, landscaped terrace, which features an additional dining area and a beach chair—the perfect spot to enjoy the day.
This floor also features a cozy bedroom that offers a pleasant atmosphere and a modern bathroom with a shower.

A staircase leads down to the basement, where two additional bedrooms with windows provide extra space. Here, too, you’ll find a large, modern bathroom with a spacious shower—ideal for a refreshing break after a day at the beach.

With plenty of space and a welcoming atmosphere, the “Sunrise” apartment is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking for comfort and plenty of space—just a few steps from the fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea.

Amenities include final cleaning, made-up beds, and towels. Hotel service is not included. However, free Wi-Fi and one parking space per unit are available to guests.
