Was not told at time of check inn my room A/C was not working. When I called to ask they knew and said if they advise they could not book it did not move me or did anything poor customer service
pros: room was clean, adequate towels provided
cons: arrived at 6:30pm and was told by front desk that there wasn’t a room available yet after traveling all day, check in was supposed to be at 4pm and luckily i made a few detours. they didn’t know when it would be available and just looked at me like i was the problem, no offer of help in any other way. no one higher was available to help either. contacted hotels.com and they couldn’t get ahold of the property either. eventually got the room later that night. when we got up to the room, i noticed the cleaning staff were just taking their time and on their phone a lot. at least it was freshly mopped. overall this is a decent property for a good value but management needs some serious help.
The blankets are paper thin. The floor was filthy, showered, then walked barefoot and had very dirty feet after 10 minutes. There was a cockroach in the lobby. One bed was saggy and quite creaky. Our door was

We were there on a busy weekend with Ultimook. That being said. A lot of teenagers. Therefore there was quite a bit of noise especially at 4AM.
Overall it was a good experience.

There is no elevator at this property. The bed was hard as a brick and there was no tub in my room just a small shower.
The hotel was clean, the staff was great, a little bit noisy but overall my stay was pleasant.My only complaint is the parking,now that was terrible 😞.
It was nice except we got our room and went down the hall to find it just to figure out it was in a different building. It would have been nice if they told us it was in a different building and they have no elevator which for us is no big deal but for some it is. Front desk was swamped 1 worker 20 minute wait for check in and I over heard that they were fully booked. So we came on a busy day. Some people were waiting in line just to find out they had no rooms available as they didn’t have any sign or anything that there was no vacancy.
So keep in mind it’s a busy tourist location book ahead!
Room was great and we had no issues.
Their add said restaurant and breakfast, neither were there. Check in took forever. Garbages in our room were not empty and were pretty disgusting. Tv in our room and our friends room didn’t work. Desk clerk didn’t give a crap when we informed her at checkout, said that’s the new smart tv’s for ya! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I won’t stay there again.
Large room with king bed, table with 2 chairs, comfy chair with foot stool, and desk made this room notable. Also liked that there was a sink on a long counter with the microwave and refrigerator. Clean and no odor.
We were not told that there would not be any maid service because of our short stay. Had we known we would have hung our towels. Easily resolved and they brought us fresh towels. Everything else was fine and we would consider staying here again.
