The house is ideal for 2 adults and a maximum of one accompanying child.
Casa Gomez:
The house has been in the family for 100 years and was completely renovated about five years ago.
With a total of 40 square meters of living space, it features a bedroom, a bathroom, and a combined living/dining area, making it ideal for two people.
You enter the property through a large gate and walk down to the house.
To the side of the house is the private pool with a wooden sun deck and a magnificent view. The outdoor area of the house, with various seating options, is approximately 100 square meters. A pergola, partially entwined with flowering vines, offers a cozy spot, as does a wooden bench in the shade of the nispero tree.
Other fruit trees, such as pomegranate trees, from which guests are welcome to help themselves to their heart’s content, are located on the property.
The covered terrace is furnished with comfortable lounge furniture.
At the back of the house is a small grill with a table and two chairs.
An ideal spot for a freshly prepared dinner and a glass of wine.
The washing machine and a separate restroom are located in a separate room behind the house.
The terrace leads into the living/dining area.
A special highlight is a built-in wooden cabinet as well as a small seating area right by the kitchen window, offering a beautiful view of the garden and the ocean. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need.
The couch in the living area can be converted into a sleeper sofa if needed.
At the back of the house, the bathroom with a shower (low-entry) and toilet is on the left, and the bedroom is on the right.
From the bedroom, you also have direct access to the covered terrace. The large built-in closet offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.
