Très bien

Appartement très bien conçu avec 2 parties séparées. Très bien pour 2 couples ou pour une famille avec enfants. Le seul défaut constaté lors du séjour était une très mauvais évacuation de l'eau dans la douche. A faire vérifier par un plombier !! Sinon, tout était parfait !!!!

Location décevante

Appartement situé conformément au descriptif. Cependant les expositions sud et ouest sont entravées par les immeubles d'en face. De plus l'appartement est sale et sous-équipé: une seule prise de courant pour le grille pain, la bouilloire, la cafetière, le micro-ondes.... Le four est sale et positionné sur une plaque, en hauteur; ses pieds avant sont au bord de la plaque. Il faut le tenir pour qu'il ne tombe pas quand on l'ouvre: c'est dangereux! Douche bouchée et sale, passoire à thé rouillée...
