Wir haben die Wohnung in einem unsauberen Zustand

Wir haben die Wohnung in einem unsauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Haare befanden sich im Bad und auf den Matratzen. Bei eisigen Wind war die Wohnung schwer warm zu halten. Die Kaffeemaschine müsste ersetzt werden.

Shame about the shower!!

Apartment fine, good size, shower rubbish. Interhome the problem, cancelled our previous accommodation, didn't ask us, just an email day before telling us it was cancelled, did it because French ban on travel, we were already in France so didn't affect us. Finally found us this apartment, and made us pay €200 more! Wouldn't use them again but as with many things in life you end up with no choice as they have a monopoly!!
