The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. The first bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, includes a flat-screen television, and provides access to a north-facing balcony. This level also features a bathroom and a separate WC.
