Bel emplacement

Bonjour, L’emplacement est parfait, trĂšs belle vue, proche tĂ©lĂ©ski. Mais l’appartement est vieillissant et mal entretenu ( prise TV arrachĂ©e, dessus de canapĂ© tachĂ©, sanitaires bouchĂ©s, peu d’éclairage avec ampoules grillĂ©es, poubelle de salle de bains non vidĂ©e, sac aspirateur malodorant Ă  l’utilisation) C’est dommage, un petit rafraĂźchissement ferait la diffĂ©rence.
