The property is situated in a holiday complex, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing and sunlounger. Each balcony or terrace is equipped with a table and chairs and a deck chair.

Location
Tignale, district of Gardola, 600 m a.s.l. The holiday flat is located in a holiday complex, on a 1000 sqm enclosed plot with lawn, flowers and trees. Apartments Leccino / Pendolino is on the ground floor of a single-family house, consisting of four flats all within an approx. 1000 sqm plot with green park and car park. It is close to the centre of Gardola Tignale and ideally located to reach all necessary facilities. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, electric heating. The heating is included in the schedule and during the cold season. The air conditioning is charged on request at €10.00 per day. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, iron, and washing machine. TV reception is via satellite. There are some German channels in addition to those in Italian.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to early October, saltwater, heatable, 3.5 m x 9 m, 1.30 m deep). The outdoor pool is a 2019 novelty! Located directly in the garden of Verdeulivo Relax Home. The pool is heated. Upon request, guests can also use the swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) of our Residence Ruculì in Oldesio di Tignale, approximately 1 km away.

Guests have free access to all the services of Residence Ruculì (indoor pool, outdoor pool, table tennis, table football, games room, gym (offered at about 1000 m).
