Nice hotel. Rooms well appointed, clean. Nice staff. A small bar is in the lobby, along with included buffet breakfast. Hotel is in a good area. Panera, Olive Garden, Sonny's, and Starbucks (to name a few) are right there.

Upon arriving the room was not thoroughly clean, the bathtub had hair as well as the floor. There was a Sonny’s barbecue bag left by the ice bucket. Nor did the room smell fresh, it seemed as if housekeeping went in and only made the beds.

The staff was amazing Wendy and Stephenie had such a great attitude even with a lobby full of rude customers calling them names the elevator stopped working kids and rude parents took over the lobby bar breakfast area the gym and the whole hallway to get to the elevator they were super loud and drunk if you wanted to use any of the amenities you could not but I do appreciate the staff and how hard they tried to get it under control I would have just called the cops and said get out of my lobby
