The room was clean and ready for us to spend the night after a long drive that day! The front desk staff was happy and attentive. The continental breakfast was just what we needed to start the next leg of our journey south.

Upon check in everything seemed okay but once we got to our room on the third floor and got settled we saw roaches, we informed the staff at which they didn’t seem surprised or to care at all really but they changed our room. So we thought we were in the clear but then the second room we were in had roaches as well. We informed the staff again, they didn’t really seem apologetic or care at all once again but they did change our room, but this time we asked for a different floor at which they complied. This time the room was roach free, clean, but the there was no shower curtain on the tub. We informed the staff and they gave us once. The bed linen smelt like food, not clean and fresh as you would expect. My husband had a good nights rest, he said the bed was comfortable. Check out time was great, the “breakfast” if you can call it that was not good. It was really a poor excuse for a bagel bar. If you wanted a sausage biscuit you had to purchase it and it was just a frozen Jimmy dean sandwich in their refrigerator. But there is a Chick-fil-A right next door. The hallway on every floor needed to be vacuumed- trash and debris were everywhere. The staff were not that friendly but they were okay. The gym was very small, all of the equipment worked (both machines), the wipes that you would use to wipe down the machine to clean and sanitize them after every use were dried out. The water machine was dirty and so was the ice machine on the first floor. I won’t stay here again.

Overall it was ok. Only 2 bath towels. No coffee maker which the website said was in room. Old heater / cooler on wall under window which was hard to adjust to comfort temperature. No hot breakfast. Staff was great. Old hotel bought by Hilton. 👎

First of all it was advertised on your website that all rooms came with microwaves we booked specifically this hotel room, however no microwaves or coffee makers in the rooms I think spark by the Hilton gave Expedia false information there for will not be staying at that hotel chain again.breakfast was very limited no selection
