Lilly at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but I had to exchange a washcloth that was stained and looked like it had seen better days. Tub was either dirty or stained so just sponge bathed this morning. AC worked well. Checked out before breakfast was ready so I am not sure how it was. Lilly was still working this morning and was still friendly with checkout.

TERRIBLE !! arrived..room bad condition..plus no towels, washcloths, soap..dog food around floor, muddy water coming thru plumbing..unfit to bathe or wash with..was told city work created situation. NOTE: Sam at front desk very nice, found us a room at another property and gave us our credit back to card

Breakfast was not as advertised in the pictures on web site. Breakfast was wheat toast or 3 types of cereal and coffee. Nothing else. Web site pictures showed significantly more breakfast choices. Old broken pancake machine unplugged sitting on unused counter. Bath not cleaned well, toilet stains, mirrors have rust stains from backing, no soap, no bath mat, TV Remote only changed channel & volume - had to manually turn TV on and off on tv buttons. Room carpet dirty.

This hotel is horrible. The pool was closed, the linens smelled like fried food, the sheets and comforter had stains, the desk was falling off the wall.

Their system was down during the first hour of check on time (obviously not their fault) but once it was back up they upgraded my room and didn't charge me for parking. They had great customer service despite the wait :)
