I had a lovely stay here, the hotel was great, offering a breathtaking view to the sea of Galilee. All staff were wonderful and welcoming, the lady reception manager was most helpful in providing assistance as I needed a taxi upon my departure/checkout. All other reception staff were wonderful too. Restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were fantastic, very helpful and always had a smile ๐Ÿ˜ All other staff members from other departments I had some across were also wonderful too ๐Ÿ™‚ I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to visit for a few days, or maybe longer ๐Ÿ‘

Beautiful view from my top floor room. Room itself was nice but even though recently renovated itโ€™s already starting to show some wear. (Little things like laminated cabinet by door starting to peel.) Not a great neighborhood in terms of places to walk to. Beach is a 45 minute walk even though it looks like you are close by. But the staff was gruff and at times unfriendly (if I donโ€™t understand Hebrew when youโ€™re yelling at me that the pool is closed, and you just yell the same thing louder, I still donโ€™t understand Hebrew. Though after I yelled back he seemed to mellow out.) I felt like I was interrupting any time I asked for assistance. Nobody welcomed me or seemed to care that I was there spending money at their establishment. It was Shabbat so maybe they were tired from the surge of Israeli staycationers. One thing I did appreciate (a lot) was the front desk person allowing me a late checkout due to some unforeseen circumstances.

King Solomon Tiberius

Was more a 3 star hotel than a 4 star - the pictures on hotels.com certainly regarding the rooms are very selective - ours was old and weathered - only 2 lifts in the hotel fir guests - took an age - poor check in procedure - not enough staff on the desk

The hotel needed a renovation that was ongoing during our stay, however, the renovation work was not shielded from guests. To balance this the service we received was excellent and I would award that 10/10.
