Staff were absolutely great brilliant and just made my stay. Place itself quirky well decorated and in the midst of it all. Breakfast was as much as you ordered and made fresh just after you ordered, just all of it, great. Even the parking and parking staff beyond the call of duty and always looking out for you not trying to squeeze another lemon out of you. Just lovely, really honestly wish one day I could stay and live there happily ever after

Infelizmente minha experiência não foi boa. O maior problema foi o ar-condicionado do quarto, que fazia um barulho muito alto e ainda vazava água diretamente sobre a cama, molhando o colchão e a roupa de cama. Foi muito desconfortável tentar descansar nessas condições. A solução oferecida foi trocar para um quarto localizado fora da pousada, mas não me senti segura em aceitar essa mudança. O atendimento também deixou a desejar. Os funcionários, principalmente a recepcionista, foram pouco educados e não demonstraram interesse em acolher ou resolver o problema de forma satisfatória. Outro ponto negativo foi o café da manhã, que é servido do outro lado da rua. Isso não ficou claro para mim no momento da reserva e tornou a experiência bem menos prática. A internet funcionava muito mal durante a hospedagem, dificultando até tarefas simples. Além disso, havia muitos gatos circulando pela pousada, deixando um cheiro desagradável em alguns ambientes. Esperava uma estadia confortável, mas a soma de todos esses problemas acabou comprometendo bastante a experiência. Espero que a pousada resolva essas questões para que outros hóspedes não passem pelos mesmos transtornos.

A localização é excelente, dentro do centro de Pipa é muito perto da praia, dá pra ir a pé para as praias do centro, golfinho e do amor as funcionárias da recepção e café são excepcionais, muito simpáticas e atenciosas, deram todo suporte na nossa chegada e saída mesmo sendo fora do horário de atendimento devido ao horário do meu voo.

O café da manhã na pousada sempre excelente, sempre tudo muito organizado e tudo novo. O quarto muito bem equipado, com ar condicionado e frigobar tudo em perfeitas condições, funcionários sempre bem dispostos a atender, o local é muito bonito e verde e bastante conexão com a natureza. O quarto que nos colocaram não tinha ventilação, visto que a janela dava com a varanda onde era servido o café , super barulhento o banheiro não possui box , quando tomávamos banho o banheiro molhava todo e não havia nem um rodo, fui solicitar mais toalhas visto que as toalhas são pequenas demais e foi um burocracia. No café da manhã os pães sempre tinham impressão de pães velhos.
