Great hotel and great staff

Hotel Tibau Lagoa is a great facility with wonderful staff and a beautiful location. The pool and poolside bar are great and when the weather is nice, it's the place to be. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A definite recommend.

Perfect for base from which to attend World Cup

We loved this place. The staff made us feel very welcome and the beautiful surroundings and simple cabins with all necessary comfort fit us perfectly. Many mornings at breakfast we were joined by wildlife such as a peacock, small monkeys, and a large toad. Access to Pipa is easy. The only disadvantage is the distance from the main road and therefore airport access. However if you are going to stay in one place for a week or so, no problem

A tranquil place

After the bigger cities it was a pleasure to come to a quiet place with very friendly staff. It is quite a stroll to the nearest beach and you probably need some form of transport to get to Pipa , which is lovely , but if you want a quiet break this should suit you. Two issues to bear in mind....no WiFi in rooms can be a problem. The food is OK but quite limited. One member of staff was exceptional in helping me sort out ongoing travel arrangements...and her English was fluent

O hotel é limpo e organizado, com espaços coletivos amplos e bem cuidados. Cada chalé possui uma banheira e isso é um atrativo a parte. Os chalés são amplos e afastados uns dos outros, o que dá privacidade. O café da manhã é bem servido e variado, com a opção de você escolher o que quer comer A equipe é cordial e atenciosa. A piscina é grande e estava bem Limpa. O hotel não é adequado pra crianças. Embora tenha bastante espaço, não há área destinada pra diversão, como parque ou campo. O fato de não ter restaurante também dificulta um pouco, já que não tem muitas opções de restaurantes por perto e o iFood tem poucas opções sobretudo no almoço.

Razoável, mas os morcegos incomodaram bastante.

Prós: bom atendimento, boa localização, quarto espaçoso, cama confortável. Contras: hotel precisa de um upgrade. Muito velho. Lonas cobrindo os telhados dos chalés; quarto com cheiro velho; construção ao lado; café da manhã apenas razoável, onde tínhamos que fazer pedidos de certos pratos. Mas o que mais incomodou foram os barulhos de morcegos, que ao entardecer e amanhcer faziam muito barulho. Realmente bem desagradável. Nos ofereceram mudarmos para um chalé menor, sem oferecer diferença pelo preço que paguei, mas acredito que o problema seria o mesmo. Enfim, o hotel precisa de um upgrade.
