Desde a chegada, fui recebida por uma equipe extremamente educada, cordial e sempre pronta para ajudar, demonstrando cuidado genuíno com o bem-estar dos hóspedes. Um detalhe que fez toda a diferença foi a flexibilidade no dia da saída: meu check-out estava previsto para o meio-dia e, gentilmente, permitiram que eu permanecesse um pouco mais enquanto aguardava o transfer para a cidade de retorno. Essa atenção e sensibilidade mostram o compromisso da equipe em proporcionar conforto até o último momento da estadia. O café da manhã merece destaque especial. Tudo era preparado com muito capricho e frescor: ovos fritos na hora, omeletes personalizados e tapiocas feitas sob medida, com diversos recheios deliciosos. Um verdadeiro convite para começar o dia com tranquilidade e sabor. Outro grande diferencial foi a suíte com hidromassagem. Após os passeios, era o refúgio perfeito para relaxar e recarregar as energias. Aproveitei todos os dias esse momento de descanso, que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial e memorável. Acredito que a limpeza deixa a desejar. No primeiro dia já pedi a limpeza, pois percebi que o quarto não estava limpo, infelizmente ela não foi feita. Minha Pet encontrou uma embalagem de chocolate embaixo da cama que não havia sido consumido por nós. Outra questão foi que durante a estadia houve uma invasão de formigas voadoras no banheiro e pedi ajuda ao atendente que foi até o banheiro e aplicou inseticida, porém pedi que alguém viesse limpar os bichos mortos e disseram que não tinham ninguém pra fazer aquilo, então eu pedi balde, vassoura e rodo e fui lavar o banheiro e passar pano no quarto que como falei não estava limpo.o custo não é baixo para o hóspede ter que fazer a limpeza do quarto. Destaco a gentileza do garçom do bar e restaurante que foi muito simpático, respeitoso e prestativo.

Gostei muito da hospedagem. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis. Ficamos no quarto família e gostamos bastante, pois são dois quartos no chalé, o que garante privacidade. O café da manhã também me agradou bastante, com boas opções. A pousada é pet friendly, o que ganhou meu coração, pois minha pet foi bem recebida e cobraram apenas uma taxa única — diferente de outros lugares, onde costumam cobrar diária para pets, o que considero um absurdo. Gostei do atendimento e recomendo! Minha hospedagem foi para um casal, dois adolescentes e um pet.

Local arborizado, café muito bom e variado, excelente atendimento, porém vc n pode levar sua bebida para a piscina, pq tem que pagar o que eles vendem, tudo muito caro no cardapio e n tem variedade para o almoço.
