The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning with a coin meter in all bedrooms, a washing machine as well as a satellite television.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a heated pool, a garden, a partly covered terrace, a balcony and a grill.

A nearby restaurant and café can be reached in 2 minutes on foot (190m) and the next supermarket is 3-5 minutes away on foot (380m). The next bar can be reached in 8-10 minutes on foot (620m). The beach Playa Chica can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 17 minutes on foot (1.1km).

The Lanzarote Airport can be reached in 10 minutes by car (10km).

A private parking space is available on the property. Free parking is available on the street.

Pets are not allowed. Parties are strictly forbidden. No all-female or all-male groups under 30 years old, no hen or stag groups.

Youth Group are not allowed.

Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.

The property has step-free access and a step-free interior.

There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises.

Towels are included in the price.

Bed linen is included in the price.

Beach/pool towels are provided but will not be changed during the stay.

There are some steps to reach the upper terrace.

The pool is heated from November to April for no additional costs. If you would like pool heating outside of this period, this can be added at an additional cost when you book your stay.

Please note regarding the security devices in this property. The sensors for the alarm have still cameras, they only take photos if the alarm goes off and send them to the security company. There are slider shutters on the camera to block them if a client doesn't feel comfortable. The shutters don't disable the alarm sensors. There is one in the hall facing down from the kitchen, there's also one in the living area to the left of the curtains. There are none in the bedrooms.
