Villa Denise is ideal for anyone not wanting to hire a car on their holiday. You can enjoy a fantastic central location in Matagorda. A good choice of shops and eateries are within a minute walk, with the beautiful golden sandy beach at the end of the street. Back at the villa you will have inviting interiors, a private swimming pool and alfresco dining area. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, a heated pool and WiFi are included.

Villa Denise is the ideal choice for beach lovers - the sandy Matagorda Beach is only 110 yards away! What's more the commercial centre with shops, bars and restaurants is just across the road with some restaurants overlooking the promenade and the sea. The main promenade leads to the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, which can be reached in around 10 minutes by taxi.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.
