This cosy and welcoming holiday home is located on the first floor of the quiet residential complex "Las Mimosas", in Puerto del Carmen, just 5 minutes walking from Los Pocillos beach. Its excellent location allows you to enjoy a relaxing stay near the sea, with all services within reach: supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and public transport, all at a short walking distance.



The apartment, with an area of 40 m², has been designed to offer comfort and functionality. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a single sofa bed, a fully equipped American kitchen with a Nescafé coffee maker, water boiler, microwave, electric hob and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. It also has a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine, as well as basic items such as gel, shampoo, hair dryer and iron.



The private terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, is ideal for breakfast outdoors or enjoying the good Canarian weather throughout the year. The apartment has a Smart TV with access to online content and high-speed free WiFi, which makes it a perfect option for both holidays and teleworking.
