This lovely 1 bedroom apartment is located on the popular Las Palmera 3 complex it has 1 double bedroom with twin beds and fully fitted wardrobes,the living area is very contemporary with a 2 x seater sofas and large flat screen tv with all the tv channels you could wish for leading out the the large terrace over looking the pool with its table and chairs for the alfresco dining also its own sunbeds on terrace The kitchen has been refurbished to a high standard and is fully equipped for that self catering holiday.The bathroom is fully fitted with a walk in shower,toilet and sink unit with plenty of worktop.
The apartment has amazing mountian views and is approximatley less than a 10 minute walk to the bars amd resturants puerto del carmen has to offer.
Make yourself comfortable in your apartment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

The apartment was modern and beautifully clean. Had all the amenities that you would need for a comfortable stay like a hairdryer, uk plug adaptors, coffee machine, washing machine and fully stocked kitchen utensils and plenty of fans. The complex itself was also spotless.My only gripe would be the sunbeds are a bit grotty and very uncomfortable and there was only one beach towel supplied. I did message the host to see if there may be the option of having another one but did not receive a response. I bought one for a few euros and brought it home with us. Not a deal breaker.Great location in PDC. 10 minutes to beach. 2 minutes walk to a small supermarket and 15 minute walk to Lidl. Bus stops close by too.Would definitely recommend and stay again.
