Situated in the Los Pocillos area of Puerto Del Carmen, this typical Canarian style villa is conveniently located in a very private location within easy walking distance (5 minutes) to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars.
The detached villa is accessed down a short side walk from Calle Hungria road. The front gate opens onto a large and sunny plot (520 sqm) with a secluded south facing swimming pool with Roman steps, heated in winter. The villa is located in the centre of the plot and sun is available all day long.
The outside terrace has a comfortable seating area under a pergola which is ideal for a morning coffee or an early evening drink and the patio area is equipped with a new barbecue.
The front door opens onto the living area and open plan fully equipped new kitchen with new appliances. A short corridor leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom. There is a separated utility room with a new washing machine.
The Master Bedroom has a Super King bed and ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, air conditioning and built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 has two Twin beds, air conditioning and built in wardrobes.
The second bathroom is equipped with a bath and an overhead shower.
The villa is equipped with an electronic alarm and CCTV system.
