equipped with a 43-inch smart TV; it can
serve as a living room, a children’s room, a workspace
, or a game room. The fifth bedroom can
also be used as a guest bedroom when there are 10 guests staying
, allowing the gym to remain unused. Spacious living room—
—kitchen and dining area with large windows and
panoramic ocean views, a 50-inch smart TV with access to
