Checking in easy and friendly. The apartments are a little dated but spacious and most importantly clean and have everything needed for our stay. although getting a little tired this is a really nice place to stay for a short break, only minutes from the sea front at Matagorda with its shops and bars, the staff are always polite and welcoming to their visitors and there is a nice little bar/restaurant on site for drinks and snacks, or a selection of meals is available. Friendly and helpful staff Accommodation was basic but spacious Minus points - probably the worst wifi reception as signal keeps dropping when using from room (i was informed reception is best at reception, but this is a basic necessity like watching TV in your room) Hot water did not work in kitchen or bathroom tap, but shower was fine
