Very little English or other languages apart from Mandarin spoken by staff made it difficult to order and arrange things - find this odd in an international brand of hotel. Limited offering for food and beverages, and poor opening times. Large but soul-less lounge and bar area making meeting and entertaining clients uncomfortable. Bedroom very nice and clean, good size but shower had no pressure and difficult to get warm. Price of the stay quite reasonable but would not recommend for business.

Great location. Almost attached to a fabulous shopping centre. Great service. Great view from our room. We could view the skyline light show every night. It was an absolute treat. Thank you Tianjin for another great and memorable stay! We hope to see you again very soon.
