Un séjour très agréable avec quelques nuances. La chambre était très cosy, parfaitement équipée avec un frigo et une bouilloire (très appréciable pour la tisane du soir !). Le personnel de l'accueil est charmant, chaleureux et vraiment aux petits soins. Seul bémol : l'emplacement. Les photos nous laissaient imaginer un cadre en pleine nature avec vue sur le lac, mais l'hôtel se situe en réalité dans un quartier plus urbain. C'est un point à noter si vous recherchez un dépaysement total."

La chambre proposée n’était pas la chambre familiale que j’avais choisie, on nous a logé au RDC dans deux chambres contiguës toutes petites avec une terrible odeur d’égouts dans al sdb! Heureusement le personnel nous a changé de chambre après réclamation. Le dîner était agréable.

Ne merite pas 4 etoiles. Déçu du personnel dans l' ensemble. Personnel réuni autour du buffet du petit dejeuner pour papoter que l'on semble déranger à notre arrivée. Personnel à l'accueil qui a une veste non entretenue pleine de pelicules et qui devant nous au check out participe à une visio conférence pour un recrutement sans nous prevenir et nous expliquer l'origine du brouhaha. Femmes de chambre qui répondent à peine à notre bonjour .Chambre petite pour un 4 étoiles . Prestation du restaurant satisfaisante dans un cadre agréable mais la charcuterie n'était pas de qualité pour un restaurant en Savoie.

Une nuit à la ferme du lac.

Très bon accueil mais déçu de la chambre car quelques petites réparations à faire, rideaux, lampe, étanchéité de la douche. La propreté n'était impeccable non plus avec quelques tolies d'araignées. Le rapport qualité prix du petit déjeuner n'est pas bon. Cependant nous avons passé un agréable séjour car l'hôtel est confortable et bien organisé. Merci à vous !

Find another hotel

We arrived after 1400, reception staff Mon existent. A cleaner helped us inside via the restaurant, still no reception staff! 10 mins later a member of staff arrived. Room not ready, no chance to eat in restaurant as full that evening. Other hotel restaurant in vicinity also full. Advised to go into Clusaz and try our look there! Balcony had 'view' of blank 2 storey wall, not hills or lake as detailed. Hotel is undergoing extension building works to finish in June 19.

Travaux d'agrandissement en cours. Service petit déjeuner médiocre : Les tables ne sont pas débarrassées, certaines boissons non réapprovisionnées. 1 petite bouteille d'eau dans la chambre le premier soir, rien les soir suivants ... Globalement inférieur à certains hôtels 3*
