You’ll have access to the North Fork Hideaway RETREAT on the lower level of this home which includes:

RETREAT BEDROOM & FULL BATHROOM located on the lower level of this 3 story home. 1 king size bed (sleeps 2), queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), attached full bathroom, 55” Smart TV, high top table for 2 with beautiful windows letting in ample amounts of natural light & concrete patio with an outdoor table seating 4. Towels & sheets provided. A a mid-size fridge, microwave and coffee maker included. A highchair and Pack ‘N Play is also in the closet with a 3" mattress, mattress protector and fitted sheet.

CONCRETE FRONT PORCH offers a peaceful setting with comfortable seating—perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or tea, evening cocktails, and the soothing sounds of birds and the nearby flowing river along with a view of the starry skies you won’t soon forget.

This property is divided into separate guest units. This Retreat (lower level unit) and the Main House (upper level unit).
You are booking a PRIVATE UNIT, The RETREAT, on the lower level with NO SHARED SPACE with other guests. You will have:
-Separate lower level entrance
-Private bedroom & bathroom
-No shared indoor areas
-No shared outdoor areas
It is possible that the Main House (upper level unit) within the same house may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Each unit is designed to ensure guest privacy. You may occasionally see other guests coming or going from the property's driveway, but there is no overlap in living spaces.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

*1 HIGHCHAIR & 1 PACK 'N PLAY CRIB is located in the closet which has a 3" mattress with a waterproof mattress cover and fitted sheet.

*CELL SERVICE: AT&T and Verizon are the only cell service providers that work in the town of Three Rivers.

*LINENS & TOWELS: Linens and towels have been freshly washed

*SAFETY: Please watch over your children, pets, family, and friends!

*GUEST COUNT: The Retreat allows 4 guests max (excluding children under 2 years of age). If you have more than 4 guests on the property you will be asked to leave without a refund (unless you’ve been given written prior permission upon booking and paid fees associated with extra guests). We are serious about abiding by county regulations and infrastructure limitations.

*For guests with children or LIMITED MOBILITY:
To access the Retreat (lower level,) park by the french doors - there are no steps to the french door entrance and entering into the Retreat.

*WATER & SEPTIC: The water supplied to the house comes from a river well and plumbing is on a septic system. Nothing other than toilet paper can be flushed at any time. Please use the wastebaskets for sanitary napkins, tampons and dental floss.

*Guest access: You'll have access to the Retreat (lower level of this home). Your keyless entry code will be sent to you prior to check in time.

*A short 1.5 mile drive takes you to “town”, where you’ll find a local brewery, coffee shop, boutiques, yogurt, tacos, and a selection of local restaurants on the river with live music on select nights. The Sequoia National Park entrance is only 7.5 miles from the home.

*The Three Rivers community hosts multiple festivals and large events throughout the year and easy access to Sequoia National Park! Land of the Giant Sequoia Trees and home to the General Sherman Tree. Over 850 miles of hiking trails guarantee that your desire to be in with nature. Local lands such as the Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management offer mountain bike or hiking trails just minutes away.

*Lake Kaweah is a quick 10 minutes towards Visalia, which offers patio boat rentals, jet skiing, etc. You can also enjoy fishing, boating, hiking, kayaking, or just simply swimming in the river fed lake.

*Wifi is accessible in the home.

*This is a "hotel-style" retreat. There is no kitchen in the Retreat. However, for your convenience, you'll find a mid-sized fridge, microwave, coffee and coffee maker.

*We provide hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap.

*We welcome your dog! A pet fee will be charged for your dog. No cats, sorry. Please do not allow dog directly on furniture (couches, beds, etc.). And if they are allowed to jump onto your furniture at home, please do your best to protect our home’s furnishings by bringing your own blankets/towels to cover furniture.

*We welcome guests of all ages, but all guests need to know that there are NO fences or gates. You are responsible for always watching over your children, pets, family, and friends!


*No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside! A $500+ fee will be charged if cigarette butts are found or smoking odor is detected at the home.

*We are in the mountains and wildlife is common and abundant. Please keep the doors closed! You may see an ant, a fly, a scorpion, a bear, a bobcat, a coyote, a rattlesnake, a wild turkey. Leave them alone and they will leave you alone.

*We will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible.

*Please note we do not offer refunds for weather conditions, park closures, fires, Internet Service Provider issues, or changes in your itinerary.
