Only these room configurations can change and must be requested in the booking notes for a variation at the time of booking. If booking within 3-weeks: only the default bedding will be set in the property.
All bedding, linen, and towels are supplied.

Firewood is not supplied during Summer (October to May). Firewood can be purchased from the Thredbo Service Station during these months.

There may be times when a jacuzzi is out of operation due to unforeseen circumstances or maintenance - all efforts will be made to repair promptly but under such circumstances, no compensation will be available to the guest(s).
