Nicely remodeled rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking was right outside our room. The coffee in the lobby was good. Only downfall was that I needed a hair dryer and they didn't have one available.

I had a reservation for 2 rooms, but the hotel said I only had 1. I have rechecked my email from Hotels.com and it confirms that I had reserved 2 rooms. Fortunately there were plenty of rooms. It just concerns me when the reservation isn't there.

Good value for the money. Was a little disappointed how dirty the laminate flooring was. Got out of the shower, walked around in my bare feet afterwards. Less than 5 minutes later, bottom of my feet were solid black.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was serious enough that future guests deserve to be informed. I checked in around 9:45 pm without issues. Shortly after, I discovered that the Wi-Fi in my room was completely nonfunctional. When I politely reported this to the front desk, the employee dismissed my concern, stating that the internet was working because he was personally using it at the reception. When I asked him to come to the room to verify the issue, he refused. I then requested a room change. While calmly explaining that reliable internet was essential for work the next day, the employee became increasingly hostile, raised his voice, told me to “calm down” despite my calm demeanor, and refused to assist me. The situation escalated to the point where the employee left the counter and approached me aggressively. I genuinely felt unsafe. I was traveling with my two 11-year-old children, who were alone in the room at the time. For my safety and theirs, I had to call the police. After police arrived, I was informed that the hotel staff claimed I had been aggressive. This was completely untrue. I remained calm throughout the interaction and never raised my voice or acted in a threatening manner. I had o find and pay for another hotel close to midnight with two exhausted children. This was not just poor service — it was a serious guest safety issue. I strongly advise families and business travelers to think twice before staying here.

The room and facilities were very basic, but generally clean. Reasonably comfortable bed. Odd disinfectant or cleaning liquid odor permeated the room. Laminate floor was dirty and a little sticky. Never thought I would miss it, but the walls were completely bare; no pictures or art of any kind. Lastly, the wall-mounted A/C was very noisy. Luckily, in wintertime, didn’t need it at night. But windows didn’t open, either. Street noise was also fairly loud. Overall, an adequate and basic… did the job for a work stay.

Had a car accident needed somewhere for the night. Mom booked wrong motel by accident. Ended up not being able to use the room and no refund. Wasn't able to afford the right motel so son slept on the streets
