Situated in the heart of popular Cleveleys with its many shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Cleveleys beach is located just a stone’s throw away, or you could jump on the tram into Blackpool to take advantage of all that this renowned holiday resort has to offer, including Blackpool Pleasure Beach, the famous Blackpool Tower, Madame Tussauds and Sandcastle Water Park. Stanley Park and Blackpool Zoo are also just a mile away from Kays.

The fishing town of Fleetwood is just 3 miles away, with its Marine Hall, museum, market and the popular Freeport Outlet shopping village. There is a tram stop just a few minutes’ walk away, which will take you to both Blackpool and Fleetwood, taking away the hassle of going by car. The iconic Blackpool illuminations run from the end of August for 10 weeks. This world-famous light show sees illuminations all along the Golden Mile.

Being just a tram ride away from Blackpool North’s railway station, walking distance to the beach and with the award-winning Kays fish and chip shop nearby , means that you could also take a break at Kays without needing a car.
