Die 2 Saunaräume waren am 2. Tag unseres Aufenthaltes um 13:00 Uhr nur 50 Grad warm. Nach Rücksprache an der Reception wurde mir in sehr belehrendem Ton mitgeteilt, wir hätten uns anmelden müssen. Beim Auschecken am habe ich bei der gleichen Person noch einmal erwähnt, dass in keiner Unterlage im dem Zimmer noch auf der Internetseite des Hotels erwähnt wird, dass ein Besuch im Saunabereich angemeldet muss! Ein anwesender Mitarbeiter (Vorgesetzter?) intervenierte in belehrendem Ton zu mir : "Es sei anmassend von mir mich über ein gratis Angebot des Hotels zu beschweren!" Ich habe bisher Hotels in allen 5 Kontinenten besucht. In den günstigsten und einfachsten Hotels weltweit wurde nie versucht mit solcher Arroganz ein Fehler unter den Tisch zu wischen. Kundenfreundlichkeit kostet nichts, wer sie hat ist am richtigen Ort.

Hôtel sympathique avec un personnel agréable, le restaurant propose une large carte et menus Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque La décoration est assez chargée, c’est presque un musée La chambre est au calme ,bien équipée , bien qu’assez petite par contre la vue sur le lac est appréciable Je vous conseille de découvrir le champagne avec modération bien sûr , c’est une petite Séjour très agréable , nous reviendrons
