The lady at check in was extremely rude, the room smelled like mold and had water coming through the wall. We checked out within about 5 minutes of arrival. There was a man there named Randy who was super sweet though, he deserves a high five but Evangeline on the front desk should not work with the public

Its a huge hotel and its a little aged. The outdoos could use a good pressure wash clean-up, but the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was quick to assist when a low battery alarm sounded snd they promptly changed it, so they’re responsive and friendly.

The room was not clean, didn't use tv no stations that we liked. The bathroom needed some paint, and there was plenty of parking, but the assignedroom right next to the interstate. will not stay there again.

The facilities are very old and run down. The breakfast was a prepackaged muffin and a cup of coffee. There was apples and yogurt available, but very meager fair. The exterior was in terrible shape and the elevator only works between floors 2 and 3. The room was clean, but had cracks in the ceiling. The faucet on the tub was not well fastened. The staff was very friendly and seemed like good people. That was the only redeeming value on the property. If I had not been so tired from a long day, I would have moved on even if I had lost my deposit.

They are horrible about accomodations I called ahead and asked to be near the lobby cause I am partially disabled, and what did they do pute way away from the lobby and AI had to climb stairs! There was suspect people hanging around the hotel,the bed sheets were not clean there were pills found in the bed under the blanket. It did for overnight stay but I will never come back nor will I recommend this hotel it is dated old furniture.
