The reason for my average rating was mainly the feel and minimalist decor of the room, especially the living room area. Two desks pushed up against the wall, a tiny loveseat size sofa, and a super tiny maybe 2 foot round coffee table. I have seen dorm rooms Decorated nicer than this - very sterile and unwelcoming feeling. The bedroom was a little better. There were no luggage racks to put suitcases on. The TV came with no station guide and it was very difficult to ever figure out the guide on the remote. Only one caffeinated coffee pack was provided. If you’re only going to have maid Service every three days you should at least provide a few coffee packets in the room. The tub to me was slippery when you got in the shower. All the staff I encountered was helpful and nice.

Staff and hotel were great, but the hotel is super noisy. There is a Waffle House right behind the hotel and I was kept awake all night by someone pulling into the parking lot with a loud bass. It was so loud it shook the bed. They came and went every 15-20 minutes until about 4am. It you are looking for a quite hotel to get sleep after a full day of driving, maybe not the best place.

Road noise

Everything was really nice except you should have thought of thicker windows. The street noise was really bad, evening and early morning. But all in all the room was nice and comfortable.
