I recently stayed at this hotel, which has been newly renovated, and I was very impressed. The design is modern and thoughtful, and the room layout is excellent. The workspace was one of the best features — a long, dedicated desk with proper lighting, making it very comfortable for long hours of work. There was also a sofa and coffee table, providing a nice separate area to relax. We were two people sharing the room, and the layout made it very easy for one person to work on a laptop while the other watched TV and relaxed — comfortable and respectful for both of us. Since it was the beginning of winter and quite cold outside, I really appreciated that extra blankets were provided. I didn't need to use them, but having them available gave me peace of mind. The bathroom was modern, clean, and very functional, and the bed was extremely comfortable — we both slept very well. The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Our favorite steakhouse was only a three-minute walk away, which was a big bonus. This was actually our second stay here, and it confirmed how much we like this hotel. Another wonderful touch is the happy hour offered from 5–7 PM, with light snacks and — amazingly — complimentary beer for guests. This level of hospitality is exceptional for a hotel in this category. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s comfortable, modern, and very well-run. We will definitely be staying here again.

While the hotel overall wasn’t a bad stay, it wouldn’t be my first choice. The main drawback is the location — it’s right off the interstate, so we heard a lot of traffic noise. The room was clean enough, but the bathtub had a steady leak, and I found hair in several places — the bed, bathtub, couch, and floor — which was disappointing. Overall, the upkeep seems decent, though the property does appear a bit worn. The staff was absolutely wonderful.
