The building had construction going on but it did not hinder our stay what so ever. The bed and pillows were the best we had experienced EVER! The room air conditioners were AMAZING! We had a Studio room and the couch could have been better. It was not very comfortable. The shower was weird. The glass was only half way covering the opening, allowing water to make a mess just outside the shower. The toilet was tall and very comfortable to sit down on and was easy to stand back up from. The location of the hotel itself was PERFECT! We will return if ever back in the area!!
Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from check in to check out. Room was recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. Overall, it was quiet and a great sleep experience.
Coffee pots never worked. Found a roach in bathroom during the night. The staff did everything they could do and were very polite. Mgmt did not even apologize for our problems.
Housekeeping asked when I was checking out. When I told her I was checking out late she sighed and complained about having to clean another floor—then come back. Felt compelled to tell her the very personal reason why I was staying just one hour more. Least professional hotel I've been to in a while.
Room was recently redone. Other floors under betterment. No construction noise. Overall improvement over past. Biscuits and gravy breakfast best in town.
Renovations were happening at the time…Nevertheless the bathroom was discussing and room was just okay enough to sleep in. Found a roach in the bathroom that slid under the crack floor tile.
The staff are so friendly, engaging, and courteous. They were doing some remodeling when I was there. The area is easily accessible and safe with nearby dining options. If I’m ever in Thomasville, this is a place worth staying at again. P.S. They have an indoor pool!
Everything was fine except the renovations they are currently doing was causing the elevator not to work at times,and we had to wait 10 -15 minutes for them to get it working again. We had to wait to get up to our room one time,and as we were trying to leave for check-out we couldn't get off our floor to go down, waited about 20 minutes before they got elevator working again. That was our only issue during oyr stay.
