Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
While the room was basically clean, with clean linens, the AC unit kept wheezing, the shower had black mold, and the toilet was broken (I fixed it for them, no charge) The TV was inaccessible due to hotel having some weird login lock, and the breakfast was awful. Cold coffee in hot pots, and not fresh food. Extremely small selection.
