Country renovated House of the 19th century located in the heart of the village overlooking Chambéry and the surrounding mountains. A South hillside. Cottage comfort. Spacious. Superb garden landscaped and flowered in common, bordered by trees, with table tennis. Unobstructed view of the village and the mountains. This holiday cottage is located 12km from Aillon le Jeune (a family-friendly resort with 39km of slopes including Margériaz) and 14km from the downhill and cross-country ski trails of the Savoie Grand Revard ski area (140km of cross-country and 50km of downhill ski trails spread across the village resorts of La Féclaz, Le Revard, and St François de Sales). A typical village in the heart of the Bauges Regional Natural Park, a protected mountain range renowned for its Tome des Bauges cheese, which has held AOC status since 2002. Magnificent hikes of all levels, including the GR96 long-distance trail. Numerous outdoor and sporting activities are available in the surrounding village resorts.
