The house is located in the Gardon valley between Anduze (9 km) and Saint Jean du Gard (5 km) but is part of the commune of Thoiras (30140)
The land, with an area of 1,280 m² is spread over 2 bancels (terraces), a large one of 1000 m² and above, a small one of 280 m²
Very wooded, the place is very pleasant and quiet.
The house is composed of 5 rooms with a total surface area of 64 m² (Carrez law) plus two terraces of 30 and 15 m²
The first room includes on one side the kitchen, with 4-burner electric stove + oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge-freezer and sink with hot water.
On the other side the dining room with the table, 6 chairs and the sideboard with crockery for 8.
In the extension of the dining room, there is the living room, with a large sofa and two armchairs.
Overlooking the dining room, the two children's bedrooms each furnished with a 90 cm bed and a wardrobe.
On the first floor, there is the large parents' bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, two bedside tables and a wall cupboard.
The sanitary block includes a toilet, a sink, a shower and a washing machine.
Nearby, there is a shop selling local products (fruits, vegetables, dairy products, crafts) and several supermarkets within a radius of 10 km.
For pleasure, it has many walks from the house, by steam train (TVC) between Anduze and Saint-Jean-du-Gard (almost obligatory stop at the Prafrance bamboo grove) and by car you have access to the Cévennes (National Park) to its limestone plateaus full of caves (Trabuc, Bramabiau, Demoiselles...), to its cities (Alès, Florac, Anduze, Lasalle, Saint-André-de-Valborgne, Saint-Jean-du-Gard, Florac, Saint-Germain-de-Calberte, the Pont-de-Montvert ...) and to its museums (from the mines to Alès, the Cévennes valleys or the Maison Rouge in Saint-Jean-du-Gard ...).
