Exciting and untraditional cottage with whirlpool built in Spanish & quot; hacienda style & quot ;. The house is located close to the water at Klitmøller. Modern furnished and heated by & quot; air to water & quot; plant. In the living room there is a wood burning stove. There are 4 bedrooms, note that one is an open room on the loft in the living room. The living room has a TV, DVD player and stereo. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and large American fridge-freezer. Large bathroom with whirlpool and shower. Furthermore, there is underfloor heating throughout the house. Large, enclosed patio with garden furniture, where you can sit completely undisturbed and with good opportunities to find shelter. Not for rent to youth groups.
