Spacious Gîte for 12 with Fireplace & Garden, Opposite Thillombois Castle

Located in Thillombois, opposite the castle of the same name, Clos du Pausa is a holiday cottage for 12 people. Situated in the heart of the Meuse region, it is ideally located for exploring the area. The village, surrounded by forests, will appeal to nature lovers and hikers. This spacious cottage comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a TV lounge, and a large dining room with a fireplace (firewood provided). You will also have two bedrooms on the ground floor (one of which is adapted for people with reduced mobility), each with its own bathroom.

On the first floor, three bedrooms await you, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. Wi-Fi is available.

Large garden of approximately 3000 m².

All-inclusive rate: Bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and garbage disposal, which are the responsibility of the guests). A security deposit of €300 is required, and an additional €400 if a pet is present.
Heating is included. The rental price includes 8 kWh/day of electricity. Any excess consumption is payable to the owner: billing is based on actual usage (meter reading). Ground floor room with accessibility, adapted facilities and bathroom, and a ramp (not certified by the Tourism & Disability label).
