Lobby area is nice. Rooms just aren’t as clean as they used to be, may need some updates soon. Hot tub in pool area broken (seems to be a thing at a lot of hotels). Breakfast was very limited and so was the coffee.

Our room was clean and cozy! We like to try local restaurants and The Black Cat was right in the backyard of the hotel! Check in and out was super simply, breakfast was warm with lots of variety, coffee was always full and hot! We were very pleased with our stay!

Furniture was tattered. Stains on carpet. Place could use a facelift. Sofa beds were the usual terribly uncomfortable, and extremely short of bedding. One pillow with no case and one fitted sheet. Had to ask for extra, and all we got were thin bedspreads that kind they use for decoration, and we got another fitted sheet and a pillowcase. Also I brought my own large coffee pot because I was preparing for a church event. I mistakenly left it on the counter in my room at checkout, and when I asked about it later and my daughter went back and looked, no one had ever seen it. I cannot believe staff would just take things left in the room!

The hotel is real nice and comfortable. My big gripe is that when i called to book i asked specifically about hot tub. They claimed they had one. Yep they had one, but it was not in operation. That is the only real reason we booked here. It was too late to go anywhere else everthing was booked. Girl at front said it has been down for some time. Yeah I was pissed. I did really like the hotel. Didnt like being deceived.

We had rust in our bath tub in our first room. Then second room had paint coming off the wall and ceiling. Stand that the fridge was on the wood was chipped all on the bottom. Breakfast was good though!
