There were a few things that stood out! First, the staff was amazing, check in was very smooth. The second thing that stood out was the bed...ohhh my gosh talk about comfy!! Pillows were a little firm for my taste, but still nice.

I'm considered long term stay here. I've got nothing but positive comments for the establishment. Very clean rooms and lobby, breakfast had a couple items switched daily offering a variety of items. The pool area is very clean as it's the hot tub. The beds are very comfy and easy to regulate room temps. Location is great its close to shopping and entertainment, and restaurants. Great experience over all. I recommend it

Deanna the front desk staff in the evening was very rude amd unprofessional. She kicked us out of the atrium before quiet time. We had a dinner for the men that had been staying in the hotel for a second week amd cake for a young man that turned three and our grandchild who turned 10. She stated we were breaking the rules. Which were not shared with us. Not a family friendly hotel.
