Cons:
We arrived from 40 hours flight at 415 pm extremely exhausted- the door lock was not properly installed- it came off. The property manager told us not to panic and tried to minimise our concern and told us there was nothing wrong despite the safety issue. A technician came and we were told to wait while the door was being fixed. We complained as we were so exhausted and the place should have been ready. Eventually we were upgraded to the next unit. Few days after, we saw two poking nails under the dining table, we reported and the technician again came to remove them.
After a week of stay, there was a complimentary cleaning and our bedding was replaced- to our shock, the duvet has a good amount of stain discolouration, it’s semen stain!
Very evident the duvets are not hygienic and aged.
Pros:
The laundry room has stored washed linens and spare toilet paper. We end up replacing our linen again post complimentary cleaning.
Kitchen is very basic and no microwave.
Convenient because the location is central- downstairs is a nice grocery.
Unit is clean and tidy, very basic.
The technician and cleaning ladies were friendly.
