Also a sofa that can be used as a bed for an extra guest. Has a large screen for watching Tv local channels and also some European channels. A desk for computer work and internet is steady and speed of 100 mbps
Heating is Totally autonomous with water radiators, and hot water is continues. I like to meet the guests and provide information about their stay (transportation, things to do, places of interest, bars, etc). I am available to assist you with information might needed. The apartment is located at the heart of the old city at a very convenient and serviced area. This is the most lively neighborhood of the city, just by the most commercial street Tsimiski. Is just by the Galerius palace ruins. It is also very near to the university. Also the upper town with the palace ruins and all byzantine walls are near. Infront of the house there is a pedestrian way and in the small streets around you can easily find all necessary small shops. Corner store is just under the flat providing everything you might need. A big supermarket is just around the corner. A range of tavernas , bars, cafes is just there. A very nice grill house, pizza places and take away (please ask Erasmus for more information). All monuments of interest, the white tower, the waterfront, the university the walkways the Helexpo fair, are at some minutes walking distance. 5 minutes walk to Helexpo to the old promenade, Aristoteles Square and Tsimiski street.
