Great property in a lovely area

Just returned from a one week holiday in Théoule sur mer. The property is perfect, lovely terrace to sit out and bbq each night. You can buy bread and fruit locally from a little van most mornings and there is a local beach with safe swimming all within walking distance. We hired a car from the airport and visited Monaco, Cannes, and Antibes. The area of Théoule is beautiful with a dramatic coastline, I would definitely recommend Hélène’s property.

Beautiful location

We loved the location with the wonderful views overlooking the Sea and Marina. The restaurants in the area are very good and we happily sampled as many as we could! Bruno & Helene were the ideal hosts. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very much appreciated, as coming from the far north we needed a cool room to sleep comfortably in. We also appreciated that on arrival a welcome pack of goodies was waiting for us. We all agreed that we would happily return for another stay.

Amazing stay

Fantastic accommodation. Close to the beach with stunning views.

We are a family of 6 that have been to France several times. This accommodation was perfect for us. Very well equipped for self catering and felt homely and relaxing the minute we walked through the door. We were greeted by Bruno & Helene (the owners) they made us so welcome. We had chilled juice and goodies on arrival which were much appreciated after a very long drive. Bruno even cut some fresh flowers from the garden for us. Both spoke English very well and filled us in on the local area. There was a fantastic beach close enough to walk to that we loved. It was small and quiet just the way we like it. There is sand for playing games then it turns to pebbles st the waters edge. Fantastic for snorkelling. The harbour was lovely to walk around in the day with its snack bars and restaurants and at night it was pretty with its lights and the sound of laughter coming from the bar. Just beyond the harbour was a further beach that you can walk to, offering various types of water sports, sun loungers & parasols. There really is something for everyone. With so much on offer we got out and about to explore so having a car was ideal. We walked in the L’Esterel Mountains a couple of times. It was hot but worth the effort the views of the coast were amazing. All in all super super place and a great base. We will definitely be going back. We didn’t want to leave!! Thank you Bruno & Helene for letting us share your beautiful home, it was a privilege.

That Riviera touch

We had a wonderful holiday in this apartment and made some lovely memories of the sights we saw and the food we tasted. The apartment lived up to my expectations from the photos on the website but the views from the terrace were stunning and for one week I felt like I was living a different lifestyle. We breakfasted on the terrace everyday and took in the views with our evening meals. One evening the strains of music drifted up from the port below and it was magical. The apartment is a good size and well furnished with well placed decorative items that add to the ambience. The kitchen is well equipped so we were able to take advantage of all the wonderful produce on sale at the markets. We drove to the apartment and we were therefore able to venture out to Menton. Monaco, Nice,Grasse and the hinterland but did note that a local bus stops right outside where the apartment is located. The booking process was easy and the owners were very helpful.

Skønt hus i vidunderlige omgivelser

Hus, udendørs faciliteter og lokalområdet er skønne. Et hyggeligt hus med alle forventelige faciliteter. En dejlig have med tre terrasser som alle giver et fantastisk vue til havet og den lokale marina. Værterne Hélène og Bruno er meget imødekommende, informative og sympatiske. Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen

Wir haben zusammen mit Freunden eine herrliche Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Besonders hat uns der schöne Blick auf die ruhige Bucht und das Meer gefallen, egal ob zum Frühstück oder am Abend. Der Fußweg zum Strand und zu netten Restaurants war kurz. Wanderung ins Esterel-Gebirge oder nach Theoule können vor der Haustür beginnen und Cannes ist per mehrmaliger Schiffsverbindung am Tag perfekt zu erreichen. Fazit: unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Tolle Wohnung mit perfekter Meersicht

Wir durften über die Feiertage eine herrliche Zeit in der perfekten Wohnung von Hélène und Bruno Levy verbringen. Die durchgeführten Erneuerungen geben der Wohnung noch mehr Charme. Auch die grosse Terrasse haben wir bei herrlichem Sonnenschein genossen. Die Umgebung kennen wir schon seit vielen Jahren, das Esterel ist immer eine Reise wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und danken auch Cedric für den freundlichen Empfang.

Tolle Wohnung mit Traumpanorama!!

Wir können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen und die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Hélène und Bruno sind sehr sympathisch. Sie haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen, uns alles erklärt und auch viele Ausflugstipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass das Kochen wirklich Spass macht und das absolute Highlight ist natürlich die große Terrasse, auf der man den ganzen Tag Sonne und auch einen großartigen Ausblick hat. Begeistert hat uns auch die absolute Ruhe und die windgeschützte Lage der Terrasse, die es auch Ende September noch möglich machte, nach 22 Uhr im T-Shirt draussen zu sitzen. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Cote d'Azur ohne lange Fahrzeiten erreichen, v.a. natürlich Cannes und Antibes. Vielen Dank an Hélène und Bruno, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Superbe séjour !

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cet appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée de la maison. La terrasse est vraiment top, l'emplacement incroyable et la vue superbe ! La mer est à quelques pas. Le quartier est très calme. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Sehr schöne Umgebung, wir haben uns super erholt, tolle Aussicht und alles was man braucht. Helene war sehr nett, aufmerksam und alles war sehr unkompliziert. Hübscher Strand mit Gastronomie zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten Anfang Oktober 2 wunderbare Wochen bei Hélène & Bruno. Aus jedem Zimmer Meerblick, genial! Die Terasse ist super mit wunderschöner Aussicht von morgens bis abends und gleichzeitig viel Privatssphäre. Eine unbedingte Empfehlung. Die Wohnung ist größer als wir erwartet hatten. Auch an einem Regetag war genug Platz für uns 5, wir haben gemütlich dem Regen über dem Meer aus dee Wohnung zugeschaut. Wirklich eine schöne helle Wohnung.
