Quiet sea view apartment in a natural site. Ideally located facing the Mediterranean: Nestled at the foot of the Esterels, 400m from the beaches of Théoule with its turquoise waters and 200m from the center of the village.
The accommodations are a modern apartment tastefully decorated and fully equipped with electric shutters composed of:
2 bedrooms (each with a double bed 160x200, 140x190 and a cupboard), a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate toilet, a kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge (freezer), dishwasher and washing machine, a living room (with TV and wifi) giving access to a beautiful terrace with a view of the bay of Cannes and the old village of Théoule sur Mer, Ideal for an aperitif and a dinner with friends or family!
The terrace has 2 electric awnings to enjoy all day long.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a private parking space in the basement of the secure residence.
A few steps from shops: bakery, casino, market, ice cream parlour, restaurant and others.
You can easily walk to the beaches of Théoule and in particular the beaches of the Château, the small fountain or the coves of the Aiguille Rouge and its crystal clear waters.

The Esterel in the immediate vicinity of the Residence also offers beautiful hikes or mountain bike rides for rent on site. The panorama is splendid!

In the evening you can have a drink on the beach or dine in one of the many restaurants in the village.

Appartement conforme à la description et aux photos. Accueil chaleureux et consignes claires pour la remise des clés, nous sommes arrivés très tard mais les formalités simplifiées ont été simples par la présence d'une boite à clés. Vue du balcon sur la baie très agréable. Immeuble tranquille, le plus non négligeable: une place de parking souterrain est à disposition.C'est un bel appartement avec terrasse, décoré avec goût et très propre.Je recommande sans hésiter

Die Ferienwohnung war eine Überraschung und der langen Anreise aus Deutschland wert. Die Strände sind schnell erreichbar, die Schiff- und Zugverbindung nach Cannes und Antibes liegen vorm Hausausgang. An der Ausstattung mangelt es nichts, eine Bäckerei und ein Einkaufsläden sind fußläufig erreichbar. Jean -Pierre ( der Vermieter) und Angelique ( die Concierge) sind hilfsbereit und dermaßen nett, was man nur südwärts von Alpen finden kann. Chapeau so zu sagen!

Vacances à Théoule

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet appartement qui est conforme à l'annonce et très fonctionnel pour 4 personnes. La climatisation a été très appréciable car il a fait très chaud pendant la semaine. La location est idéalement placée car on peut accéder à la mer à pied , la place de parking est vraiment un plus car on n'a pas à se soucier de trouver une place. Pour finir, JP est un hôte soucieux du bien être des locataires. Il est très réactif quand on le sollicite. N'hésitez plus!
