The space
This is one of the biggest a frame in India . Unique property located middle of dense deodar forest and apple orchard. We also have our in-house restaurant where we serve authentic Himachali dishes and Indian- Chinese veg and non veg cuisines. Layout:
Ground Floor:
The main entrance opens into a reception area, welcoming you to the retreat.
Three unique rooms:
The first features a glass window, a grand balcony, and a luxurious bathtub.
The other two share an exclusive backyard garden, a hidden gem for those who crave privacy.
First Floor:
Duplex-style attic rooms bring the sky closer with ceiling windows, offering a magical stargazing experience right from your bed.
This thoughtful layout ensures every corner of the villa offers a unique experience, whether it's waking up to the golden sunrise over the mountains or sipping wine under a starlit sky.
Please note: The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 17-18 adult guests.
Guest access
Guests are allowed to access the entire villa except for the kitchen. However, mothers of infants or small children will have limited access to boil milk or prepare their kid's meals.

-All meals are additional. (Extra charges for food)
- Network connectivity may be affected by location or weather conditions.
- A dedicated housekeeping team and an in-house chef are available.
- Bonfire setup is available at INR 1,500 for 3 hours.
- BBQ usage is charged at INR 2,000 per use. Groceries will be billed at actual cost + 10% service charge.
- Pets (cats and dogs) are allowed (3-4 per booking) with a charge of INR 500/- per pet per day. Meals are additional, and guests must bring their own feeding bowls and pet beds.
- Parties are permitted until 12 PM
- Smoking and hookahs are not allowed inside the rooms.
- Children (6–11 years) are charged INR 1,000, and those 12 years and above are charged INR 2,000 (for existing beds only).
- Extra beds are available at INR 1,000 per night for children (6–11 years) and INR 2,000 per night for those aged 12 and above.
- Open 4*4 Jeep Safari to a scenic river ,local village ,step farming,pahadi water mill with lunch in the forest – INR 5,000/- per safari jeep.
- Apple Orchard Tour – INR 300 per person (pluck & pay for apples).
- Room decoration for anniversaries or honeymoons, including flowers, cake, and wine – INR 3,000.
- Horse riding is available at INR 1,200 for a solo rider and INR 2,000 for a couple.
- Skiing experience – INR 1,000 per person.
- Live music performances start at INR 12,000 for a two-hour session.
- Guided walking tours are available at INR 1,000 per person, while self-guided walks are free of charge.
Parking is available at property.
Note -Last 200 meter road patch is off road as we built it ourselves. But all types of vehicle can smoothly travel in that road except tempo traveller more than 16 seater. In that case you have to walk for that 200 meters and your luggage will be transported in some small car to your room.
