Disliked: Staff & service
The hotel staff didn’t acknowledge hotels.com booking. The staff doesn’t speak English and didn’t know how to even look up the booking with the itinerary number we provided. We had to find another hotel at 10pm.
Stayed 1 night in Oct 2026
